Alissa's loafs and patties

Hi all!

I am making Alissa's meatloaf & carrot pecan patty recipes. It made a ton, so I will have a lot left over. Does anyone know how long these things keep? I am assuming they should be refrigerated. What about freezing? I’ve made the carrot pecan patties before but they never last long as they are so yummy! This time I want to make a double batch and it would be nice to know how long I can expect them to keep!

YES!!!! refrigerate them!!! I didn't and made myself and daughter sick the next day :( They should keep in the fridge few a few days, in my house they don't last too long either :)
Not sure about freezing. Try asking in the recipe and food prep section. They may be able to help with that. :)

I froze the carrot-pecan patties before. I ate them within a few weeks (maybe 3-4?) but they were fine.

I would try freezing it and see what you think.
