I think I am having one...
nose like a faucet, itchy watery burning eyes, ears popping, mild headache which lasted a day or two, hives which went away after a week, temporary loss of appetite, general aches and pains and even chills a couple of times.. but strangely I don't feel sick? these come and go rather quickly. It feels like I'm purging something. I have great energy and mood at the same time. Just feel a bit strange, like when fasting. I have been somewhat sedentary and have been rebounding again lately... about a month this time.

Anyone else have this experience?

When should I resume exercising, I wonder?

Wow! Good you're getting all that out! I've been rebounding regularly, and I definitely feel really refreshed when I do it (more so than going for a walk or something like that).

Eva, the rebounder works a little bit too well, huh?

So, I still feel cruddy after 3 days. I have plenty of energy, I just feel restless, sweaty at times, not much apetite, no food tastes good right now, and I have random coughs and tons of sneezing/runny nose and burning/watery eyes. Random short headaches too, which seem to have passed.

Do I continue to not exercise... or do I exercise to work it out faster?

I would do more... keep the energy moving.

Are you feeling sleepy at all?? If you are, I would say that's what your body needs. If not... more bounce bounce bouncing would be fine!

And -- always -- green smoothies to help get rid of the ick!

I did a bit of both; slept a bit and exercised a bit. Things are getting better!

thanks!
