Hello all... I've been curious about mulberries; their purported health benefits, their palpability, their versatility, and how all of your bodies have responded/reacted to them? Do you recommend them? If so, why? I'd appreciate it... Making my shopping rounds tomorrow;)

Mulberries are quite tasty. I'm not sure about their value. Mulberry trees grow like crazy here in Oklahoma. I've always had at least one tree in my yard. I usually pick a few bowls full when they come in season.

My parent's friends have a mulberry tree. Yes, mulberries can grow in Massachusetts!

I want a mulberry tree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They're so delicious. Like blackberries, but sweeter an with many fewer seeds.

Dried mulberries are so delicious! Never had fresh though. They haven't had any negative affects on me that I'm aware of.

So if I find goji berries sweet, would I find mulberries too sweet? I'm a bit afraid of the concentrated sugar... Are they REALLY sweet?

They're about as sweet as bananas, with a flavor most like cherries.
