I keep mine in the fridge or the freezer until I want to sprout some. I've had mine for a month or two.

Oh, I've had my buckwheat for a while (about a month and a half) and it hasn't been refrigerated. Is it still good?

THe seed shelf life is 2 years, per the literature I rec'd from sproutpeople.

that was super helpful, I'm going to go put my buckwheat in the freezer, I freeze everything else so why not this...
