I'm planning on making lemonade today for Easter lunch. I want to make Alissa's, but is it really 4 apples per PERSON? I can't really afford that.
Anyone know for sure how much hers ends up making and if you can water it down?
Or does anyone have any just lemon and agave recipes WITH measurements? I keep finding some but without measurements. Thanks!

Apples? What do apples have to do with lemonade?
I start with about 5-6 lemons (depending on size of pitcher)... squeeze, put in pitcher. Add water. Add agave to taste. Some people like sweeter lemonade than others. Just know that if you put agave in cold water, it tends to accumulate at the bottom of the pitcher. Start out with warm water.. put in lemon juice and agave, stir and blend, then add ice.
The reason no one is giving exact measurements is no one knows how big your pitcher is or how sweet you like your lemonade.
You can water down anything.

Alissa's recipe calls for just apples and lemons.
I did end up making it with lemon and agave and water to taste. It worked great :) Thanks

Apples???? Must have to juice them then, I'd think. I'll look later. If so, too much like work for me! :p

Wow, I didn't know Alissa makes them with apples...that certainly is...interesting. Like Revvell said and as you wound up doing, making it with lemons, agave and water is the way to go. (actually I prefer making it with honey, but to each his own)
