Hi! My daughter and i love those noodles. I had to order them from the
company at www.seatangle.com. They were 33 bucks plus 11 for shipping for 12 packets. A bit pricey with shipping. The trick with the noodles is to get them to soften up. Before they are soft, they are strangely crunchy. We soaked them overnight in water with no softening results. Then we added a couple spoons of vinegar and braggs amino acids. They softened in that pretty quickly. I think it needs to be something acidic or salty. I've read that tomato sauce works, too. We like them in a "peanut " style sauce with cabbage and carrots, or in miso soup, or with marinara. The company says they are raw and are made out of the inside of kelp. The outer green part is gone so they are clear noodles. They say that they stay good for 6 months in the refrigerator. We are very happy with them, especially my daughter. She can take them to her friend's house and eat something "normal" looking and stay raw. They are sold in some stores on the west coast. The website shows where.
Rawk on!!!!!
