Hi,
I'm sorry if this has been asked, I'm still struggling with finding answers with the search banana!! :)
My question is, how long will nut dishes, like the torts, cakes and cheesecakes save in the fridge?
Thanks!

I generally go by taste and smell...but I would say at least a week. If you are concerned at all, cut into individual serving pieces/slices and freeze it! I have 8 pieces of carrot cake (have eaten 4) in the freezer right now...and it always tastes great after it thaws!

p.s. You asked specifically about nut dishes, so I thought I should tell you that my carrot cake has almonds, walnuts and coconut in it. It also has a cashew cream iciing, which tastes and looks just like raw cheesecake. So it is a nut based dessert...even though it's orange! :D

Walnutty,
Thanks! What is your carrot cake recipe? Sounds great, could you post it? I'd love to see your cream cheese recipe. :)
