coconut milk question

Hi

As I live in a place were coconuts (especially young ones) are almost impossible to find, I wanted to know if coconut milk from a box (not a can) with nothing else added is O.K from time to time.
I love coconuts and so many raw recipes have them, I wouldn't want to give them up.

Hey just saw this post! If you want coconut water there is dr martins coconut water, which is in a carton and is raw :) xxx
