I can eat these with every meal. They seem to be helping me feel better energy wise. I am not looking to loose any weight, just maintain and I live a very active lifestyle.
I love my Avo's :D

As long as you feel good eating them, I don't see why you should limit yourself.

Oh, I LOVE avocados, but I limit myself to just half of one small-medium one, due to the fat content, and dilute it well with water and lemon juice to use as a dressing. I would love to eat a bit more than that but I'm afraid to because I want to lose some weight. I'm really trying to limit my fats(very hard, as I'm very hungry), even raw ones to eating them only once per day.

I have found that I can eat a whole lotta avos, usually 2 a day and still loose weight. The fat must be utilized differently in the body. Nuts, however are a different story... eating a lot of them, as I have been for the past week, stalls the weight loss. :)

That's exactly what i was going to say. I am sure that with time your body will tell you when it has had enough of them. Then it will be on to the next craving. For me right now it is kale and mangos. Just can't get enough of them!:)

Exactly. I think that unless you don't have a lot of money...or have a pre-existing condition (like diabetes) or are trying to watch your calories, weight and/or fats intake...then you should be fine....as long as YOU feel they are a good food for you....I say go for it!

A lot of people find that avocados and coconut oil being the "healthy fats" can help to lose weight rather than gain! :D
