2 pounds for 88 cents, i loaded up.
What are some of the ways you all use califlower?
Thanks

For nori rolls!!
When I do it, rather than just food processing it... I do that, then soak in a mix of water and ACV, which gives it the vinegar taste sushi rice has. To drain, I put a paper towel in a colander and let that soak up some of the water.
It is really, really, really good.
Sometimes, I then put it in the dehydrator on the nori to get some of the liquid out. Or sometimes, I mix it with chopped peppers and eat it like I would cous cous. It has almost the exact same texture and taste this way.
Another option would be the "mashed potatoes" recipe in Alissa's book. I haven't had any luck making the gravy go well with it, but if you spice it up to your tastes, it's good.
Yay, have fun! I looove cauliflower.

The PAKORAS in Alissa's book are incredibly good! They use about 2 cups of cauliflower.
