Anyone use one of these? I am currently reading Victoria Boutenko's book "Green for Life" and she mentions how she does and how it's strengthened her teeth as well. I would love to heal my teeth... but I can't find where to buy one of these little gadgets.

She tells you in the book...there's a web address in there. Someone's borrowing my book right now or I'd look it up for you. Might be in the resources pages. I looked it up online but it's pretty expensive. Still, I'm sure it's worth it.

I made Alissa's Spanish Rice recipe, and it is delicious and quite a workout for your jaw/teeth! You may want to give that a try while you're looking for the gadget.

That's odd that the link doesn't work. I visited this site two days ago. Anyway there is a distributor in the U.S. You can see if they still carry the jaw exerciser known as MYO munchee
