Anyone have an idea of where to find a chart like this http://www.vegfamily.com/vegan-pregnancy/getting-your-vitamins.htm but with only raw foods and much more detailed?

its not a chart, per se, but nutritiondata.com has all sorts of detailed information on raw foods. i love it!

I've been there before but that's too difficult for me....I just want a simple chart to see so that I can make sure I'm getting everything I need. I tend to overdo certain foods and not go for much variety.

I find myself in a rut sometimes also and that's when I put in my goal book to make 3 recipes and it's fun to try something new. I think I can get in a rut because I get busy and do what's familiar.
This is the best one I could find

That one is more usable, thanks. I just wish they had the minerals listed first and then what kind of food contains it next.
