Does anyone have ideas to make a 600-800 calorie salad but that has no avocado (avo is one of the last things I had befoer my food poisoning so it put me off avo's probably for a while, those coconut maracons also I made, I don't even want to see or smell them, makes me sick to my stomach).
I also almost never eat salad and would like to try having salad regularly. What could I put to add up to 600-800 calories? I guess obviously nuts and seeds, as high calorie sources, what else?
