Good Morning Raw buddies. :)
Raw really is the way to go. Because I have been raw for so long and really know my body so well...I knew this month, something was up. I just felt different, but I couldn't put my finger on it.
I've been to the doctor this week and at first they thought I might be pregnant. (Which although a blessing for most...I have had my tubes tied for 9 years because of very difficult pregnancies. Bed rest for 5 months, toxemia and gestational diabetes just to name a few.)
All tests came back negative!
So, they started with a fasting blood sugar. Checking for insulin problems and I knew right away this just wasn't the case. I'm a raw foodie and I just love fruit with no adverse side affects. I went in confidently getting my blood drawn for them to tell me I registered 89. Anything between 71 and 110 is normal. :D
They did a 4 D ultrasound. I do have something growing in my uterus, so if you pray please keep me in your prayers today. I have a biopsy scheduled for 10:30 am. I am confident that whatever is going on, is rather mild, but needs to be taken care of still.
I will continue to eat the healthiest I know how to help my body heal, but for know I feel it's important to let doctors have a go at it too.
The combo of the three: prayer, raw and doctor's help should be rather winning!;)
