shiitake mushrooms...how to use?

does anyone have any simple recipes for these guys? or even eat them plain? or a good marinade? thanks!

I make a simple cold soup frequently by putting in the VM blender:

+) 1 large ripe tomato
+) 2 or more regular size shiitake mushrooms
+) small amount of ice

blend until smooth and drink fresh.

I chop and add to salads. For dried, the soaking water makes an excellent broth.
And the chopped hydrated mushrooms can be used in anything really. Good in the soup, burgers, salads, pates.
