I want to make a carrot cake with all my carrot pulp but i don't want to have to use my whole pantry to make it. i'd rather use raisins than dates cause they are cheaper. anyone have a less ingredient recipe? i don't care if it doesn't taste like julianos.

I havent tried this recipe yet but it sure looks delish and it only calls for 1/4 cup dates so thats only a few. I know that all of her recipes that Ive made are sooo good so Im sure this will be too. I will be making it whenever Im done juice feasting.

This is the best raw food item I have ever made, and I love to make cookies and macaroons, and pies...but this, wow, I would not know it was raw if I didn't make it...next time I'll double or triple it for more people to share it with me, this recipe serves about 4 (just enough) small portions, but makes tons of frosting.

it's not too too sweet either, dang, it's just SOOOOOO GOOD!
