just trying to get a sense of what everyone eats over a course of a day. if i can get some input on what i ate and if it was balanced, it would be awesome. you can be critical. :) it is in this order:
shot of wheatgrass juice
grapefruit/orange juice (from juicer)
fruit leather (that i made)
cup of grapes and blueberries
late lunch: (2-cup) bowl of fresh pineapple and strawberries
1/2 raw chocolate bar
spinach salad with tomatoes and sweet onions and olives (with avocado dressing that i made)
1/2 cup cream of spinach soup i made (raw) - couldn't finish. it was too rich
oh and lots of water in between and 1/2 kombucha drink
If that was working with you, seems fine...
The one thing I would suggest is a green smoothie! I do not feel nearly as good without green smoothies.

yesterday? 6 mile run - green smoothie - am - parsley, spinach, mint, pear, blueberries
grapefruit in the mid day, broccolli to snack on, weight training, salad for dinner - 2 heads of lettuce and some veggies - coconut icecream for dessert.

Yesterday-breakfast--1 quart green smoothie made of parsley, blueberries, bananas, camu camu powder
Lunch--Salad and nut pate
Snack--orange cream smoothie--just oranges and dates
Dinner--Huge salad and guac

Buckwheat crispies for breakfast with goji berries, figs and chocolate brazil nut mylk overtop. Mmm...
Green smoothie with spinach, blueberries, 1/2 banana, hemp protein, spirulina.
Zucchini pasta with pesto.
Cornbread (I dehydrated Ani's polenta and it makes an interesting "bread") with avocados and tomato spread.
Three medjool dates. And 1/2 banana. And 1 c. of vanilla coconut shake.
Yesterday -- I had about 3 quarts juice for the day, as I'm doing a 5-day juice "feast"...
This is my first juice feast longer than 1-2 days, though. I usually don't juice for the whole day.
On a normal day:
-Some sort of juice or a green smoothie for my first food.
-A green smoothie (or more green smoothie) next.
-Something more filling for lunch, like 2 avocados with tomatoes or a big salad with an avocado cut up on top, or mushroom with guac on top or some flax crackers with guac or walnut pate and a salad.
-A couple bananas, some apples with cinnamon or whatever else I'm feeling in the afternoon. Maybe even a cacao or banana mylk smoothie if I'm in the mood. Or a piece of raw cake if I have some made (which I usually don't lately)
-Last is usually something like what I had for lunch but a bit smaller or 2 cucumbers with some oil and herbamare drizzled on top... And I love to do the raw pasta for dinner with the tomato sauce.
