I'm curious as to how it is you think you'll have LESS energy on a cleanse than more? some do, some don't.

I've been on a melon cleanse for a week now. I've been doing as much, if not more work than normal, sleeping less. Last night was the first night I've been tired and slept about 12 hours. Feeling GREAT today.

Might you consider, since fruit is sooo abundant now, doing one with fruit rather than a bottled, fermented product?

Melons and fruit in general are very cleansing. I just eat melons all day ~ along with water when thirsty as I am urinating quite a bit.

I have read that if you are going to do a fruit cleanse to use a fruit with seeds. They are the more cleansing types of fruits. Apples, oranges, watermelon, etc...

Are there fruits without seeds? (Yeah, I know, seedless watermelon) Actually, that's how one can tell a fruit from a veggie ~ they have seeds (except ~ seedless watermelon which I believe is a hybrid, no?)

There are fruits that are considered more dense. Bananas. Also fruits with pits which are more building rather than for fasting. Apricots, peaches, plums.

Ahh well. Melons and citrus are some of the most cleansing fruits available ~ if you wish to go that way. If not... okies. :)
