If we eat "raw" how is that good? I mean dont the food die in your stomach?
And where can I get some info on this "raw" process in our bodies?

eating raw is good because you don't take in dead food. when you take live food into your body... it pretty much digests itself and you get ALL the nutrients from the food.
when you eat dead food (cooked food, processed food) your body needs to put all it's energy into digestion and you get very little nutrients from the food.
because your body has all this excess energy (as it hasn't had to digest your meal) it puts that energy into healing your body.
where can you get info? um... you are here aren't you? read read read and read some more!!!

Raw food has it's enzymes intact and each food has the enzymes that allow it to be digested. Heat kills enzymes so you body has to take the nutrients to replace those enzymes.
