Anybody using the Greenstar juicer? NEED HELP!!

Hi all!

I finally opened up my new green star juicer last night promptly tried it out with some carrots. Today, I attempted to repeat the process and the machine keeps turning off after a few seconds. Even with no carrots in it. My BF & I disassembled and reassembled several time, and the thing still will no stay running! Everything looks to be in place. We took all the parts off to see if it would run, but nope! Still turns off by itself after a few seconds. I’m stumped!! And sooo disappointed. I am hoping to find someone here who may have some experience with this machine and maybe be able to shed some light. I really appreciate it!

I have the Greenstar but it has never turned off! It takes some getting used to and while I do juice lots of carrots it works way easier on the greens. I would call customer service. Sounds defective.

I actually did call and they were closed. So will call tomorrow. It's just the strangest thing. You push the start button , then few seconds later it shuts itself off. :(

I was really looking forward to rockin & rollin with that juicer.
