I just purchased som sesame seed crisp.

They aren't raw because because they use refined sugar but they are so good and thin.
I really want to make a raw version of these so does anyone have any idea how i could make these?

Use sesame seeds and ground them into a powder, mix powder with agave or honey and then add whole sesame seeds. Dehydrate and voilà!

I made Buckwheat Crispies and if you used sesame seeds instead of sprouted buckwheat I think you would end up with something very similiar to what you want.
