Fortune Cookie ideas?

A friend wants to propose to his raw foodist partner...via fortune cookie. I googled and found two raw f.c. images but no recipes! Anyone have any ideas for a recipe that would work?

You know, I saw a recipe for an almond cookie that was done in the shape of drops, but I think that if you adapted that recipe using one of the tortilla recipes. Meaning that you use a almond cookie recipe, making it a bit thinner, dehydrate it to the point where it is still pliable, and then fold it into shape. The cookies about have to been round to begin with.

I will see if I can find anything that might work.
