Hi Guys:)
I'm new to this site and hello again...
Excited about this site.. being doing raw for 2 weeks now.. but I have been eating some chicken with my raw foods.:eek: ..... so not totally raw yet - but getting there and trying....
I would like to know - do any of you guys know how to make a 'healthier mayonaise?? I just love it with eveything... salads and stuff... and want to know is this al'right?? if not - what other creamy nice sauce similar to mayonaise can I do?..
Also - I must have some chocolate at lunch time/or a choc biscuit in the evenings - does anybody else feel like this???? if so - what are your alternatives??? popcorn then?
Having said that - I have lost weight..... yeah amazing... but - I want to get things right!!!!
