I don't know of any program that gets better results when followed strictly. It's amazing. If the patient can begin at the hospital and learn the therapy hands-on, it is much easier, but a determined person can certainly go by the book. But I must say it is a lot WORK making all of those juices and meals if you don't have the money/family for a helper...
