I assume you mean durian? the stinky, custary-like fruit? Don't want to assume, there are so many strange foods out there I haven't discovered yet.
But durian, I'm so crazy about I just eat it plain with my hands and make a mess. Stuff drives me nuts, it's like I get high off of it. Sometimes I put just one or two tablespoonds in a green smoothies. That's a good way to get used to it and have your body acclimate to it's power.
If it makes you barf the first time you try it, don't give up on it. For inspiration, go to YouTube and type is Shazzie and durian. Her soft-porn video with her getting down with durian will.....uhm, get your attention!

Someone else also mentioned sweetening it and adding lemon. sounded good.

Toss some frozen durian in the blender with some coconut water & flesh. Blend & enjoy the best shake ever!!

Blend several pounds of durian with several bananas & a vanilla bean for the best pudding ever!! (you can also dry this into fruit leather!)

You can make Durian Candy Wraps with banana sauce & Alissa's crepe filling:

ahahahahaha can you believe i'm on day 33 of a 40 day fast right now? I have been posting tons of my recipe pics today on thebestdayever.com too haha :D

Yeah even I am amazed considering my last record was less then 10 days! My last 4 blog entries here on the site are some Q&A about my fast and what & why i'm doing it if you are interested! I FEEL AMAZING btw! I don't think I ever want to eat very much again!
