Hi All:
I keep hearing (er, reading) everyone talk about Green Smoothies. Can someone share a good recipe that only requires a blender?

There are sooo many variations on green smoothies that I could never choose one recipe!! Mainly becasue I don't follow recipes for smoothies!
But here are some guidelines:
-One or two handfuls of greens (spinach, kale, collard, brocolli or whatever)
-A banana (optional)
-About two handfulls of fruit (berries OR Mango Pineapple etc) PS, don't put berries together with tropical fruits (apart from banana), it doesn't taste very good lol!
-About half a cup of water.
You can add whatever you like to it aswell, like superfoods, cucumber, whatever!
Then blend together!
