Hello everyone,
This is my second month on 80% raw and I am doing well. A few days ago I got up for work and my elbow was LOCKED. The pain is excruciating. I don't know if I slept on it or what. Is there something I can do naturally that will help relieve this pain? I cannot straighted my arm out. Has anyone cured themselves naturally?

Sure. You can utilize heat and massage and rest. Picture your arm and body in perfect health and then just relax. On the physical side, drink pure water, get some fresh air and sunlight, and eat VERY simply or not at all...until your crisis has passed. Just some thoughts.

I'm so sorry to hear about this!
(I'm speaking now with my "work" hat on---I'm a massage therapist in a physical therapy rehab center!!!)
Please go to a physical therapy clinic (or orthopedic doctor) to get an evaluation so that you know what's wrong. Really acute serious pain with a sudden onset is something to pay attention to. Until you know what's wrong, you won't know what the best ways of treating it are (even if you want to use home-methods exclusively, you still need to know what's wrong so that you know which methods to use!)
Depending on what's going on, for example, heat therapy could be great, or it could contribute to the problem because it is pro-inflammatory. Massage could be a great help, but in some cases it can disrupt tender tissues that just need time to rest.
Hope this helps!

it might help to eat some pineapple for its enzymes... or drink the juice. people find that it helps after falls, car accidents, etc for helping inflammation... its PRETTY likely that there's some inflammation going on. does it feel swollen? does it feel like its not in the right alignment?
