Favorite Pizza recipe....?

...I'm in a pizza mood these days....I had a great Raw pizza recently at a banquet....It had a thin crust, some kind of rich tomato{tasted like rehydrated tomato} sauce and a thin cheese like sauce...mushroom and basil....I'd like to replicate but not sure where to start...

So, just wondering what your fav. pizza recipes are and if you can share...thank you...I know such recipes can be long! Blessings! Deb

I'd like to know also. I had started making pizza crusts with Ani's flax based bread recipe but I seem to prefer that bread partly dehydrated rather than fully, but I prefer to make crusts fully dry so I can store them for a while.

I often use the "the bomb cheddar sauce" cheese on pizza and then in the food processor put cherry tomatoes, scallions, olives, etc and pulse chop it and put that over the cheese. I'll also try one soon with Ani's parmesan cheese which I love sprinkled over the chopped tomatoes/veggies instead of the the bomb cheddar sauce.
