Every year it happens- around March/April I start getting the sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes- and I am really hoping this year is going to be different (raw since July). Has anyone experienced a raw healing of hay fever? My first symptons are just barely starting to appear.

MineToo!!! How about it, anyone notice that their allergies were gone after being raw for a time? Or at least they had some relief?

I've been raw since Dec. 2006 and last spring and again in the fall, my allergies arrived onscheduled and made me miserable for about 3 weeks. I'm hoping that now that I've been raw for 14 mos. that I'll have an easier time this spring. Stay tuned! :o

My seasonal allergies were basically turning into year round allergies with constant sinus congestion, watery eyes, clogged ears, sneezing --- you name it. The only thing that made my head clear was Claritin D --- until I discovered oil pulling. Within the first three to four days, my head cleared up to the point where I could breath deep and had virtually no congestion. No more watery eyes or clogged ears -- total clarity. A bonus -- my skin, which tends to be dry, especially in winter, is becoming soft and all those especially dry areas, i.e. hands and feet, now feel great. I hardly use hand cream or body moisturizers anymore because I don't need them.
