I have alot of trouble staying full and don't usually like any nuts or seeds in my drinks. But......I threw in a banana, frozen mango, green powder, coc oil and sum raw almond butter!! Oh My!! It made it sooo creamy and smooth and VERY filling!! Yummy for breakfast! Isn't it funny how SAD has made us soo emotionally attached to food?? Like, big breakfast with the fam kind of stuff.. Never felt complete without all of the worst foods for you and then you just wanted to crawl back in bed?? .... Can't wait for that to be released, very big for me.Drink up!!
