magnesium oil

Would like to know of anyone's experience with magnesium oil, what kind you used, the results, and is there an effective one for sale in America (rather than Canada)?

I have never used the oil. Have you tried doing a "SEARCH" at the top of this page or doing a Web Search? Hope you find the answer......Have a RAW Day.

I have never used it but David Wolfe now sells one (it is new). I was wondering about it myself though because look at all the stuff it apparently does! Unfortunately, it looks like it is Out of Stock right now.

Pumpkin seeds and squash are very high in Magnesium. Spinach has a good amount of Magnesium too. Also almonds, brazil nuts, pine nuts and cashews.

Yes, at the Sunfood.com site. If you are talking about at a store, than I don't know where you could buy it.
