the recipe calls for a 1/4 C of Bragg's but I'm not too keen on it, any ideas (other than nama shoyu)

what's the recipe? when i don't want to use braggs, i usually just add a little sea salt.

Yep, salt does it for me as I can't tolerate Bragg's either

earth sista- the recipe is rawritos, if you banana it you'll find the thread, I think it was originally by eratox

Oh for the rawritos you don't need the braggs
just do the sea salt and maybe an extra bit of garlic or what ever seasoning/ herb resonates best with you... more cumin a bit more cilantro etc...
The recipies is wet enough with the corn so you won't miss the overbaring to salty braggs anyway.
