i made a successful bread today from oats and all sorts of seeds
no dehydrator just plain old freezer.
i poured oats
seeds hemp flax sunflower
olive oil
honey not much just enough to form a bit of dough
spring water
and some nuts lying around
and i layed it out in a plastic dish poured it in mixed it together as if it was ready for the oven then put it in the freezer for round three hours and then
when i took it out wooo success! it was a little cold so i waited fifteen minutes. i think this is great for summer fresh cold bread and put anything you like on top! i did savoury garlic bread yum.
and if you leave it fo about half an hour thats the maximum i reckon because it may fall apart but if you slice it all right after you take it out of the freezer then it will work wonders. hope it works for you lot to :D
i reckon also if you freeze it and then put it out on a try on a really hot day it will make it crunchier when it heats back up
