Raw Goodies Came!

:D I placed an order for several items from rawfoodchef.com the other day and it arrived! I had no idea it would come so fast. It is all sooooooo yummy. I just love it! I ordered Pizza Flax Crackers and I have to tell you, I'm in heaven to know that I can eat something remotely pizza flavored...without making it myself! :p I also ordered the Almond and Chocolate Biscotti (which is my FAVORITE non-raw treat) and it is out of this world yummy! I'm so pleased. The last item to come in this shipment is the Almond toast. Which I like, but needs something with it. The others I could eat alone and relish, but the toast needs something. So, I'm going to mash a few berries and make my own raw preserves. ;) YUMMMMMM!

I'm just so happy to get all of this before the weekend and I wanted to share incase you guys have always wanted to try one of these, but didn't. They make great raw food!

ShelShel - that is so funny. Mine just came today. I did not try it yet but it all looks good. I got some flavored nuts too - yummy! ANyway - how about almond butter and fruit on the toast??? Or almond butter and honey - oh my gosh!

how about raspberries on a layer of almond butter drizzled with agave and maybe a sprinkle of cacao on top? ;)

Ok, I thought about it and if I were to chose a SAD version of toast it would be toast, butter and strawberry preserves...so that's exactly what I did. :D Almond Toast, Coconut Oil and Strawberries mixed with agave. Oh, wow, was this fabulous! Yum. I even posted a pic of it to my blog. :p

Your ideas were awesome I will try those as the week goes by.

Your order will come quicker than you think. I wasn't expecting mine for 2 more days and it was just there!

I am picturing you in the middle of the floor with an open box and each package of everything you bought opened just so you could get a little try....yummmmmm......ohhh the life of a raw foodist: I don't remember being so excited to get food on SAD......hehee

are those biscottis made with carob or cacao? i haven't tried raw biscotti yet but YUMMMMMMMMMM they sound delish

First, thanks for the idea of Lucky Duck! :p Very yummy looking stuff indeed! What do you have coming?

Second, yes...it was very much like that! LOL :D I removed one item from the box at a time and tasted each one. I loved it all! I was shocked. Do you know how many breads and crackers I have tried to make at home only to be disappointed by them?

This was an alternative I hadn't thought of until recently. I'm so glad I did.

I agree...I've always loved food, but I get so excited about raw because I can enjoy all of it, guilt free. And it's chocolate, not carob. But they also have almond cranberry and just almond. I got a bag of each. I loved them all! :p

I just had a blueberry, banana and thai coconut smoothie with a chocolate almond biscotti. Yum....yum!

i recently got a nice package from matt monarch. oh my, i was in HEAVEN!!!

some raw nuts with seasonings on them. who knew my mouth would be in such bliss over flavour?!?! i am truly in love with these nuts.

of course, the goji truffles... are my absolute favourite!!!
