Is anyone on this board in Perimenopause and eating 100% raw? How, if at all, has it helped to eat raw? Thank you!

I do remember seeing a thread where people were saying that once they went raw things like hot flashes were gone.
I found it:

I couldn't tell you what menopause would be like being un-raw. While I wasn't 100%, I've been eating holistically for most of my life and my periods just stopped - that's it. I was kind of shocked and thought that being raw would delay menopause for years and years but it was a smooth process and I didn't gain weight or anything.

Now see, this makes me so excited. :p I have had horrible periods my whole life, when I went raw they became regular, normal and livable. I left 100% raw for about 6 months and they are a mess again. Along with my hormonal moods, acne and various other thing I won't mention here. I'm so hoping that raw will alleviate all these symptoms and if I could lose my period all together woohoo! :D Thanks guys!
