Spirulina power

I just ordered 1kg of it 2day and its black !!

This is right? I thought it was meant to be green?

It says its organic but i did a search and cant find anything to do with black spirulina.

The kind I use is very, very dark green...never heard of black.have you tried mixing it with a little water to check?

there was a hint of very dark green when I added it to my smoothie.. oh well

I suppose at £31 a kilo I cant complain :)
