Braggs Soy Sauce?

Does anyone know if this is the same as the Braggs liquid aminos? I bought some to try Alissa's fettucini alfredo tonight. I had read something on the internet about the liquid aminos being soy sauce - I hope it is the same thing!

I have the Braggs liquid aminos but didn't know there was a soy sauce. I wonder if it is the same thing. I need to find some more uses for it because I have a big bottle of it. hehehehehe

Yes, it's the same thing. You will hear it called Bragg's Liquid Aminos or Bragg's soy sauce.

You can also buy soy sauce that is labelled as nama shoyu. This is also accepted by most raw foodists, and it's basically the same thing.

Except Nama Shoyu is better. There was a huge thing about how unhealthy Braggs is...I'm sure you can google it and find it.

Hygeia, have you ever made marinated mushrooms using the liquid aminos? If you liked stuffed mushrooms, or any other cooked mushrooms, you will love this. Just marinated overnight (then, I personally rinse and dry them, otherwise they are too salty for me). Then, you can make stuffed mushrooms, mushroom dip, or just eat them with other veggies/avo. YUM! They taste like they're cooked.

Yes Snoozy I have, that's actually the recipe that got me to get the stuff. hehehehehe I think it's in Alissa's book. I'm just not sure what else it's used for. Do you use it for anything that you would use SAD soy sauce on?

Sorry, that's all I really use it for too. I do add a little to some recipes instead of salt, but that's it. And I don't do that very often.
