butternut walnut....ani phyo's recipe??

OK...I HAD her book, from the library, but had to return it.:( I just need to BUY her book. (this was the 2nd time I checked it out!) I saw a recipe for walnut/butternut squash....something. I bought a butternut squash, and I have walnuts....but don't remember the recipe. Can anyone help me? Email me please, or you could even send me another recipe using my butternut squash, BEFORE IT GOES BAD!! HELP!!

I have her book. I'd need more details to find the recipe though, I did see a walnut cranberry squash rice, was that it? If not do you remember what section/sort of recipe it was?

YES, it was the walnut/butternut squash rice recipe! It looked so good, I knew I should've copied the recipe before I turned the book in. I might have to check it back out .....again.:o
