in the fridge or on the counter? I was thinking of the freezer in case I couldn't eat them right away.

I like them best kept loosly covered in a waxed paper bag..I actually like them when they start to get stale and a little dried out...they are chewier that way....

I was thinking the same thing.:p

Seriously, though, I tend to keep them in the freezer so they last more than one day.:)
