Need emotional support

Hey everyone. I am hoping I can get some emotional support. I am starting a Juice Feast tomorrow. I've been 70% raw since November. I wanted to take things slow. When the emotional stuff got too much - I went off raw. I've had sexual abuse in my past and I've healed alot of my issues since becoming raw. I've noticed since February I have been much more present mentally and I've dealt with alot more things. I feel strong enough now to do a fast and get through the worst of the emotional and physical detox that I've been trying to avoid. I'd like to hear from some of you privately so when the going gets tough, I can get some advice and support.
