Just want to say, if you haven't tried making Alissa's carrot cake, you are really going to be amazed. If someone had given this to me before I was raw, I wouldn't have known it was raw. Totally amazing.

MMMM! all this talk of carrot cake has made my mouth water. I love cooked carrot cake but as I am embarking on my raw journey (day 2!) I can't wait for the week-end now to try one of the recipes for raw carrot cake posted here.
