I have raw feasts at my home about once a week, so this happens often for me, and so far hands down it has been

1st course:
Yam chips with hot salsa
Pesto Stuffed Mushrooms

2nd course:
Creamy corn chowder

3rd course:
Taco salad
cashew sour cream
pico-de-gallo

Main course:
Enchiladas
cashew sour cream
pico-de-gallo

Dessert course:
Fruit sorbet with macademia nut whipped cream and chopped pecans on top

So, what is your feast of choice to serve to guests?

I have yet to serve a full raw feast to ANYONE, let alone raw-curious (still tickled by that terminology!) But so far what I HAVE allowed non-raw friends and relatives to try that seems to win them are my marinated collard greens.

Speaking of your creamy corn chowder, I did not copy it previously, would you be so kind as to re-post it or email it?

I like the dehydrated sweet potatoes with almond butter

My big hits thusfar have been spinach and sprout salad with my lemon tahini dressing and Juliano's Fetuccini Alfredo. Also, my Mango Pie.
