I'm on my third week of being 100% raw and i'm losing weight. Funny thing is that I seem to be losing more weight from the right side of my body. My face is smaller on the right side. My right thigh is thinner. Anyone else experience this? What's going on here? Will I even out as I progress?
Just as an aside, I still get periodic cravings for a cooked vegan meal. I'll think about a couple of dishes I'm especially fond of and recall their splendor. But, I've continued to press through. To date, other than the weight loss, I'm not noticing any difference between being 100% raw and my former life as a high raw vegan. Hopefully there are smallmiracles taking place that I just haven't noticed yet...

First, when I start losing I don't lose more on one side, but I do get soft and lumpy. :p Like on my stomach. Instead of being round and full...it starts shrinking and I get soft little dips. It doesn't shrink at the same rate.
Ok, things that are happening that you probably won't notice right away...but will show up later. Clear glowing skin and very healthy hair. I have proof of this. Check out my blog by clicking on the link below. Notice how dry and brittle my hair looks before and how much healthier it is after 8 months raw!
I think you will be thrilled months from now. You will begin to glow.
I'm sorry to hear about the unevenness. Perhaps that will change in time.

Sounds normal to me. I wouldn't worry about it. Some light excercise...and weight lifting on the smaller area should flesh things out a bit. Just my opinion.

... I've recently returned to RAW, and have noticed (as in the past) that I lose weight from top to bottom...quite literally.
Initially I will notice that my face is not as full, and then my cheekbones and jawline start to make an appearance. Shortly thereafter, I'll notice that my collar bone is more pronounced...followed by loss of love handles and smoother tummy.
My glutes/hips/thighs seem to hold on for dear life, but eventually they slim as well. Finally my calves become slimmer.
Now, this is the pattern WITHOUT any type of change in exercise habits. If I'm exercising, I notice that it's more random depending on the type of excercises I'm doing.

Thanks. Hearing your experiences helped. Glad to hear that other bodies are doing their own thing as well! I'll even out:)
