Hi to all,
There is so much information and encouragement on these boards. I have watched Alissa's DVD, and am 1/2 through her book. My husband said he would do the 30 day diet with me, but we would like to have some more training, etc. We want our health back!
I live around Eastern Kentucky and the closest blog I've seen is @ Columbus, Ohio. Does anyone know of any other classes/people we could hook up with for support and help?
