Good Morning Raw Buddies,
On my blog someone asked for more before and afters. Well, here are some more. Check out my blog by clicking the link below.
Raw Rawks!
You can do this, you will feel great and have more energy than ever before!
(Side note, I was chubby even as a baby and very overweight all my life...lived on coffee to have the energy to function...we won't discuss the horrible acne...raw healed all this!)
Be encouraged if you are on the edge...it's going to change your life. Start today! If you are journeying and feeling bummed...don't! It's working! If you are a success, join me in posting pics to encourage everyone else! Raw (((HUGS))) Ya'll! Have a great raw day!

I needed to be reminded of all the difference eating raw has done for me. When someone asked for more pics, I actually had to hunt for them. Seeing the difference in my hair, skin, weight...I needed that. Raw is the best.
Day five 100% and counting! Woohoo!

great blog... but the recipes of what you are talking about would be wonderful!!!!

I do share recipes if they are my own. Other than that, I am just trying to support those who went through the trouble of publishing the books with the recipes in them. Alissa, Rawvolution and Ani Phyo. If I just gave out their recipes...who would ever buy their books? And then where would we all be??? On our own in our kitchens! :p (I also think it's the fact that I've been trying to become a published author for years and haven't yet. If someone actually makes it...I want to support them in their success!)

But I do try to mention where the idea or recipe came from so others can do the same. ;)

Hope that helps. Thanks for all the comments! You raw folk RAWK!
Have a great raw day! :D (((HUGS)))

I agree with you, I would never post a recipe if it wasn't mine unless I had permission to do so.

I was finally able to check out your blog last night and the transformation is amazing!!!!! Keep it up, you're an inspiration.

I do remember from the last time I went raw that my skin and hair improved dramatically in such a short time and I can't wait because lately my hair has been brittle and dead looking.

Thank you for sharing your blog!

:D

I think that is one of the things that surprised me the most in the before and after pics of myself. How brittle my hair looks before and how healthy after a year of raw.

I'm so glad to be eating healthy again. I hear my dehydrator in there and I smile just knowing I'll have some raw chips in a few hours...and nuts for a snack later on. Raw is so comforting to me. I truly love everything about it.

Especially visiting all of you here! :D

My last rounds of RAW and high RAW yielded incredible amazing reults with my hair.

I often even have a line of demarcation between SAD hair and new hair growth. Plus every pore of my head ends up with hair. Wathc out chaka khan, I'm back:eek:

I know it is so hard when you want to be where you will be in another year or so. And you will be there. It took me 8 months to lose the 63 extra pounds I was carrying. Let your focus be you, eat raw, exercise regularly and feel good about who you are now knowing you are doing the very best you can for your body. That's it. Know you will get there. Stay focused and stay kind to yourself.
Thank you for your words.;)

Thanks for sharing...you are inspirational! You look beautiful, and the food looks terrific too! I especially liked the blog about the spiral slicer, I just got mine yesterday and believe the zucchini pasta is going to be a regular on my menu.

Keep up the good work.
