I'm really curious as to why Jinjee is anti-nama shoyu? I thought raw foodists usually ate that? And cocoa butter too?

Who knows. Remember though, different raw foodists have a different take on what people "should" or "should not" eat. Here at RFT, we are talking about what Alissa teaches, not what other people teach.

i think we should let our own bodies be the guide for what we should and should not eat.

I think the reason some raw foodies don't use it is because, although it is real fermented soybeans as opposed to the processed soy sauce you buy in stores, the soybeans themselves are cooked before fermenting. I could be wrong, but it seems as if I've heard that explanation.
I think it's one of those border line things that everyone has to decide for themselves and not judge what anyone else does.
Hope the info helped.

I do not use nama shoyu only because it is made from wheat and I cannot have wheat products (if I want to feel good that is :)). Maybe that is the reason???? To each his own I guess. When I first went raw I used to think I had to be a purist and all or nothing 100%. Now I understand I need to do what is best for me and not complicate things with other people's opinions. Following my body's signals is really 'freeing'. Have a good day everyone :)

Yes, that's the rationale. But there are enzymes present in it because of the fermentation process, just as there will be with any fermented food.
