"Saltines" recipe?

Hi! I'm not a huge fan of flax seed crackers, so I want to make a saltine-like cracker. I really like buckwheat, so if anyone has made something similar with buckwheat, please share!

In the meantime, I'm soaking some buckwheat and I'll experiment and see what I can figure out.

Have you done a "SEARCH" at the top of this page? I know there is a Ritz cracker. But you are doing good experimenting. That is how lots of Recipes come into their own. Have a RAW Day.......
