Just wanted to give you all a progress report as today makes 30 days that I've been 100% Raw:
Lost 12 pounds and a lot of inches, skin is clear and beautiful, almost the same as when I was in my 20’s (I’m 47). Feel light, clean and free and have amazing amounts of energy most of the time and others I feel an intense need to rest.
So, all in all, I feel like I absolutely made the right choice for me and yesterday, me and a friend went to my favorite SAD restaurant and I ordered a salad. (Yipee)!!! This is major for me as I used to love this restaurant.
Met some friends at UC Berkeley this weekend where we saw my favorite dance troupe perform. They could not believe how good I looked and how much weight I’ve lost. It was a great affirmation for me. This weekend I made some Piazza bread to celebrate and it came out really good. It will be one of my favorites.
Eating Raw has made me re-evaluate some issues I'm having giving up a drug that I've been addicted to for decades. I can now see that I'll be releasing it in time as I am releasing alot of weight and toxins and emotional baggage. This is a major turning point in my life.
Looking forward to many years of Raw Living and the incredible benefits that come from eating this way.
