Hi! Im a vegetarian (for 8 years) and have just "discovered" raw food.
Actually, I STUMBLED upon raw food... hehe. I use firefox and its genius *stumble!*- button showed me a video on youtube about raw food. Am I glad it did!

This weekend I havn't done anything else but to search the internet for info- and ended up here :)

I have planes to be 100% raw for at least 30 days sometime before the summer, I just have to gather more information first and build my own dehydrator! :)

(PS- any norwegians here...? )

PLEASE consider reading Alissa's book before you try your 100% raw adventure before summer....it will help you plan for success. By the way the DVD is really fun and worth getting too. Good Luck.

I have now build my own dehydrator and read alissa's book. I have just got home from easter hollyday and decided to go raw for 30 days starting next week! :D

This week I will shop everything I need and start dehydrating, so everything will be in place when I start :) But off course, I will eat more raw then cooked this week ;)
