Buckwheat in granola? [Archive]

I thought this might be a nice addition, as it's supposed to be crispy once it's dehydrated, what do you guys think?

Yes, buckwheat is often used in granola.

I don't have a dehydrator, but I LOVE sprouted buckwheat in my "granola"....LOVE IT!!!
